Ruby earned her J.D. from the Widener University Commonwealth Law School, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in 2016. While in law school, she was a senior editor of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a research assistant to Professor Juliet Moringiello.
In 2015, Ruby served as a judicial intern for then-Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons at the Delaware Court of Chancery. In 2014, she served as a judicial intern for Chief Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson at the United State District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Ruby is admitted to practice in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Ruby is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
